# spoe.ai > SPOE is a private AI app builder. Describe an app, a website or a game and it is written into a real Next.js, Fastify and Postgres project, a plain HTML site or a browser game, every change is reviewed by a second model from a different family, and every export is signed with SPOE's Ed25519 provenance manifest and recorded on APIR, so anyone can check at spoe.ai/verify that the code is unaltered and that spoe.ai signed it. It runs with docker compose up and no SPOE dependency inside. SPOE (spoe.ai) is an AI app builder. It is not Poe, Quora's chat app. - Free to start: 5 free prompts a day on the default models once you have signed up and your email address is proven (by Google or GitHub, or where email sign-up is open, a code we email you), no card: each one a build or a change, back every day at midnight UTC. Your first payment of any size, a credit pack or a plan, opens every model, chat, pictures and export, for good. A whole app on the default model usually takes about 70 to 200 credits, and you see the estimate first. - Paying: A plan from US$25 a month for 6,000 credits every month (two months free by the year), or a credit pack bought once, from US$19 for 4,000 credits. Credits never expire, and each model is used at its own price. - Your code: Export a ZIP, or link a GitHub repo once: every version lands there as a commit, and commits made in the repo come back in. - Export, for good: Your first payment of any size unlocks export permanently, whether or not you ever pay again. Locked or not, the code is always visible and copyable in the editor. - Proof: Every export is signed: an Ed25519-signed provenance manifest from SPOE, with a record of it on APIR's hash-chained log. APIR is a sister company of SPOE, run by the same founder. spoe.ai/verify checks every file and that spoe.ai signed it, in your browser; the verifier inside checks your own copy offline. - Runs without us: An export is a Next.js, Fastify and Postgres project, a plain HTML website or a browser game, that starts with docker compose up and has no SPOE dependency inside. - Safety: Every change is reviewed by a second model from a different model family before it lands. A blocked or unreviewed change, or one with a high or critical finding, waits for you. - Privacy: The default models run on Venice's private inference, which keeps no copy of prompts or outputs. Claude, GPT and Gemini run anonymized: Venice passes the request on without saying who you are. Chats, bots and images stay in your browser. - Hosting: Publish to .spoe.dev, or to a domain of your own with automatic HTTPS. ## Alternatives SPOE is an alternative to Lovable, Bolt, Base44, v0, Replit, Bubble, Emergent, Rocket, Anything, Softr and Floot for people who want private inference and to keep and export their code. - [The best AI app builders in 2026, by what you need](https://spoe.ai/best-ai-app-builders): SPOE, Lovable, Bolt, Base44, v0, Replit and 8 more, sorted by what you need: keeping and exporting your code, private inference, a managed host, no code at all or nothing to install.
