Lovable suits you if you want one managed service too, with a way off it: its code runs elsewhere once you replace its built-in backend, AI and connectors. Base44's own docs say its exported code still relies on Base44 to run.

On any plan, one file at a time. Your code on GitHub: Two-way sync with github.com, on all plans. SPOE: A ZIP, unlocked for good by your first payment of any size. Your code on GitHub: Two-way: every version is a commit, and commits in the repo come back in.
Base44: No. Its docs say exported code still relies on Base44 to run, and Base44 does not support self-hosting. Lovable: Only once it stops calling Lovable. Its built-in backend, AI and connectors run through Lovable until you replace them. SPOE: docker compose up, with nothing of SPOE inside.
Base44: None on their pages. Lovable: None on their pages. SPOE: An Ed25519-signed provenance manifest in every export, a record of it on APIR's hash-chained log, and a check anyone can run at spoe.ai/verify.
Base44: Can be used to train AI models on every plan but Enterprise, with no opt-out setting. Lovable: On Free and Pro, your data may train its models unless you opt out, since 9 September 2026. Business and Enterprise are excluded by default. SPOE: The default models keep no copy. Chats, bots and images stay on your device.
Base44: 5 message credits a day, up to 25 a month, and up to 5 apps. Lovable: 5 build credits a day, up to 30 a month. Starting to build is free. SPOE: One free build on the default models once your email address is proven (by Google or GitHub, or where email sign-up is open, a code we email you). No card. Then any first payment opens every model and export, for good.
